JH819 is high performance impact resistant and wear resistant wear compound, which is composed of modified low viscosity heterocyclic resin and various impact resistant and wear materials. Two component, grey semi-fluid paste. Curing at room temperature. Product can be pouring. Good adhesion to substrate, good corrosion resistance, good impact resistance. Applied for pouring chemical pumps, pipes and other equipment requiring wear-resistant and anti-corrosion.

How to Use:
1. Cleaning and preparation: Grind and sandblast the metal parts to be connected (iron sand is better to ensure the roughness of the metal surface) to ensure that the original color of the metal is exposed, then use a high-pressure air gun to remove the floating ash, use cleaner to clean and dry, and brush the mold release agent to dry the parts requiring mold release;
2. Mixing: Open the lid of the barrel for component A, stir evenly, mix ratio is A:B=12:1 by weight and then pour components A and B into a vacuum reactor. Fully stir until the two components are completely dispersed and evenly distributed (pay attention to the bottom and edges of the barrel). The mixing time generally does not exceed 5 minutes. Mixing amount is 10kg(A+B=10kg) one time. When the temperature is low(<10ºC), component A can be heated to 40 ºC before use;
3. Pouring: Transfer the mixed compound to the screw pump for pouring, use a vibrating table to vibrate the filler while pouring, and after pouring, continue to vibrate within an operable range to further tamp the compound;
4. Curing: After pouring, it is basically cured at room temperature (around 25 ºC) for 24 hours, and then heated to 80 ºC for 2 hours+125 ºC for 2 hours in an oven to achieve the optimal curing state.

Transport and storage:
Keep the epoxy coating in dry, cool and covered facility, shelf life is 1 year. Avoid inversion and collision in transportation. This product is not dangerous goods.
