How to use:
1, surface treatment: Roughing Treatment: Grinding or sandblasting the parts to be treated by angle grinder; Then clean the parts surface, the surface should be clean and dry without oil or dust.
2,mixing: The TS218 epoxy coating mix ratio is A:B=4:1 by weight. Mix two component well and use up the coating within 20 minutes. Don't mix the coating over 1.5kg one time in summer, because mix too much epoxy coating will make curing time faster, thus users will not use up the coating in time. In winter, users can mix over 1.5kg coating depend on the temperature. If temperature is low, user can heat the A-part epoxy resin to make viscosity lower so to speed up the curing time.
3, coating: The suitable thickness of TS218 is 4-8mm. Mixed coating should be coated layer by layer on the parts to be repaired. The first layer should be compacted so that it can be fully infiltrated with the base material.After finish the coating, the part surface shall be smoothed out.
4, curing: Curing time is 12 hours at 25ºC. Mixed coating can be used after 12 hours. If temperature is low, users can use heat treatment to speed up the curing time. In winter, we suggest to use iodine tungsten lamp to heat the coating. Lamp and coating spacing is 40cm.


Packing: 500g/set, 5kg/set, 10kg/set and 20kg/set

Transport and storage: Keep the epoxy coating in dry, cool and covered facility, shelf life is 1 year. Avoid inversion and collision in transportation. This product is not dangerous goods.
