Product Features:
TS-01A21 is a heavy-duty corrosion resistant ceramic coating. It is designed for protecting metal and non-metal substrates under strong acid, strong alkali and alternating effects in many fields, different environments and complex working condition. Coating will not be damaged by internal stress or thermal stress in complex working condition.

It is suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion protection at room temperature and high temperature of enterprise equipment under various working conditions, such as petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry reaction tank, condensing equipment, metal pipes and sewage treatment equipment, etc.

How to use:
1, Substrate treatment:
Metal substrate: Before coating, remove the oil, residual rust and foreign matters on the substrate surface. When sand blasting reaches Sa2.5 level and local repair manual derusting reaches ST3 level, use steel wire brush to remove residual paint, rust and oxide skin.
2, Mixing: mix ratio by weight is A:B=9:1. A-part is resin and B-part is hardener. When mixing, user shall stir A-part resin continuously, then pour B-part hardener into A-part slowly, stir two parts evenly. After 20 minutes of curing, filter with 60-80 mesh screen, then pour mixed coating into another container for standby. The validity period of the mixed coating is 8 hours, please arrange application according to the construction schedule
3, Environment condition
Spraying shall be carried out as soon as possible after substrate treatment is done, generally not more than 8 hours. Substrate surface temperature and ambient temperature shall not be less than 10 ºC. The substrate surface temperature shall be at least 3 ºC higher than the dew point, and the relative humidity of air shall not exceed 85%
4, Make Coating
The coating can be applied by brushing, airless spraying and air assisted spraying . After the first coating layer surface is curing, the second coating layer shall be applied.

20kg/set. A-part resin is 18kg, and B-part hardener is 2kg
Transport and storage:
This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months start from the date of product is finished.
