201K High Temperature Erosion Coating

201K  is an inorganic water based ceramic coating technology incorporating an advanced proprietary blend of ceramic and metallic additives. The coating is designed to achieve maximum wear resistance characteristics for metallic surfaces subjected to severe high temperature erosion. This single component technology is 50% solids by weight containing zero VOCs.

Product Description:

This is a single-component system. THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS HEAVY LOADING OF CERAMIC ADDITIVES. SETTLING IN THE PRODUCT IS COMMON. THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE MIXED FREQUENTLY DURING AP-
PLICATION. Mix contents for 2 to 3 minutes until a uniform colour and consistency is achieved and the product is well dispersed. To ensure complete mixing, scrape sides and bottom of container and continue mixing for an addi- tional 1 or 2 minutes. DO NOT HAND MIX. Begin application immediately - no induction time. Skinning of the product may occur if left open for a period of time.

How to Use:

1,Preparation before coating
Paint precipitation curing:
In the curing machine, the seal is rolled to the bottom of the barrel without precipitation or the seal is stirred evenly without precipitation, and then the filter is filtered with about 150 mesh, and the filter can be used for backup.
Base material cleaning: oil removal and rust removal, surface coarsening sandblasting, sandblasting SA2.5 grade or above, with 46 mesh emery (white corundum) sandblasting effect is the best.
Coating tools: clean and dry, don't stained with water or other substances, otherwise it will affect the effectiveness of the coating or even scrap.

2,Coating method (the following coating method can be used as needed)
Brush coating: soft and hard medium brush evenly coated.
Spraying: ordinary spraying, it is recommended to spray 1 times, if the coating thickness is relatively thick, product can be sprayed several times, but the coating thickness should not exceed 150um, otherwise it will increase the risk of coating cracking.
Roller coating: uniform roller coating can be.

3,Coating tool treatment and coating treatment
Coating tool treatment: after cleaning with anhydrous ethanol, clean with clean water, dry with compressed air and store.

Coating treatment:
After coating is finished, let the coating dry naturally (25ºC temperature for about 30 minutes), and then bake for 30 minutes at 280ºC.If you want to strengthen the hardness and adhesion of the coating, it can be roasted at 1000ºC for 30 minutes to achieve the best coating performance, it can be completed.




Package: 5kg/barrel or 20kg/barrel

Coverage: 1kg product can cover 4 square meter area


Transport and storage:

Keep the epoxy coating in dry, cool and covered facility, shelf life is half year. Avoid inversion and collision in transportation. This product is not dangerous goods.
