TS-6302 is one component high-temp resistant epoxy caulking coumpound. It's the replacement of Teroson AL 6302R.

Product Application:
It's used for automobile cabin welds, including card door, cab floor joint, cab floor top cover, trunk lid, wheel housing, engine cover etc. The adhesive main function is bonding, sealing, shock absorption and rust prevention.

Curing Method:
Heat curable. Normally, heating temperature is 190ºC, and curing time is 30 minutes. It can resist 223ºC for some hours in oven.

How to use:
1, Part surface should be no oil, dust and impurity
2, Apply the adhesive on parts according to technological requirements. Adhesive thinnest part should be over 1mm. Control the air pressure at 0.4-0.8 Mpa when using pneumatic gun.
3, Heat cure. At 160-180ºC for 30 minutes, the adhesive will full cure.
