High bonding strength conveyor belt cold splicing adhesive for rubber belt quick repair
Cold vulcanizing adhesive is two component cold vulcanizing cement based on CR (polychloroprene rubber). Bonds rubber to rubber, rubber to fabric, rubber to metal, fabric to fabric, metal to fabric. Cold vulcanizing cement contains adhesive and hardener, non-flammable, repair and joining of rubber-fabric conveyor belts, rubber coating of metal surfaces, pulley lagging.

How to use:
1, Surface treatment: Deburring the parts to be bonded. Clean and dry the parts.
2, Mix: Pour the B-part into A-part directly and stir them quickly. Then, pour the mixed adhesive to the parts.
3, Curing: Curing time is 2 hours at room temperature. After 24 hours, it can get to highest bonding strength.
