JH605 Ceramic Beads Filled Wear Resistant Protective Coating

JH605 is wear resistant protective coating for cyclone, filled with hard silicon carbide and ceramic balls.Two components, grey black paste, curing at room temperature, high strength, wear resistant, corrosion resistant, aging resistance. It's suitable for making wear resistant pre-protective coating on pipe, cyclone,chutes and hoppers etc.

Application:

Coating thickness can be up to 20mm, suitable for reprofiling corroded pipes. Ideal for building up flanges for pipes in petroleum and natural gas industry. Withstand 150ºC high temperature.

How to Use:
1, surface treatment: roughen the metal substrate on the inner wall of the cyclone, grind it with an angle grinder or sandblast it; Clean the roughened surface with cleaning agent and let it dry

2, mixing: JH605 mix ratio is A:B=4:1 by weight

3, make coating: apply the the mixed JH605 on substrate surface evenly.After the coating is applied to the required size, it should be compacted first and then scraped in a single direction until the surface is flat. When repairing, pay attention to control the coating thickness.

4, curing condition: JH605 can be curing after 24 hours at room temperature.
